  Truely superb food. Excellency prepared, made from scratch, quality food. You can tell this family cares about their food. Best Mexican food in the Tri-State Area.

  We spent two weeks in North Shore RV Resort in Needles, California in late March 2018. We enjoyed eating at several of the local restaurants, among which, VALENZUELA’S CAFE!
  
  Our midweek late lunch visit found us the only customers. VALENZUELA’S CAFE is located in a residential area of Needles and according to our very gracious waiter was his family’s home and where he grew up. The cafe is his Mother’s and he and his siblings take turns helping her run the cafe.
  
  We parked along the street in front of the cafe. The building is old but kept clean and tidy. We sat in a booth but noted tables and a more private dining area.
  
  We were served chips and salsa. For me, the chips were too salty and the salsa too hot. My other three family members were pleased with the hot and saltiness.
  
  Cindy and I ordered toasted burritos with the usual sides, rice, beans. Large servings had us taking home our leftovers! The food was well presented and tasted very good. The food prices and quality were very good.
  
  Overall, we enjoyed our lunch at VALENZUELA’S CAFE and will definitely go eat there again when we next visit Needles, California.
