  Nice and quaint little park right on the river. Great place for short or long term stay. The park and the people who stay there are generally more mature and respectful than I've experienced at other mobile parks.
  
  I like that it's just barely outside of the "city" of Needles. It helps keep things quiet and allows one to enjoy things a little slower in an area that is already a lot slower than big city life.
